PLEASE PARK IN MY DRIVEWAY, NOT ON THE STREET. THERE ARE 2 SPOTS RESERVED FOR MY CLIENTS AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY. I WILL NEVER HAVE MORE THAN 2 CLIENTS (CARS) AT MY SALON AT A TIME, SO THERE WILL BE SUFFICIENT PARKING. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU PARK AT THE END, RATHER THAN PULL ALL THE WAY UP, SO THAT SOMEONE ELSE DOESN'T PARK BEHIND YOU. MY SALON IS LOCATED IN THE SPACE THAT USED TO BE MY GARAGE.

FOR NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICES THE FOLLOWING POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED: IF A NO-SHOW OCCURS, 50% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED.
FOR REOCCURANCES, PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, OR I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BOOKING.
IF AN APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE CANCELED LAST MINUTE, AND I AM CONTACTED PERSONALLY, I WILL NOT CHARGE THE CANCELLATION FEE IF I CAN RE-BOOK THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE SAME CALENDAR WEEK.
